The Miki Virus
The “Miki Virus” is a lighthearted meme and running joke from Miki Komori’s pre-debut streams.
It refers to the custom plague/pathogen she created and evolved while playing the strategy/simulation game Plague Inc. (and Plague Inc. Evolved). Instead of using a generic name, she named the disease after herself and role-played “spreading the Miki Virus” to infect and wipe out humanity.
What happened
In her first Plague Inc. stream, Miki tried the game for the first time and successfully ended the world with her self-named virus multiple times. She described it as chaotic fun and jokingly said “oopsies” after wiping out the planet.
A short time later she returned for a follow-up stream titled “[Plague Inc] The Miki Virus is back, and stronger than ever!” where she refined her strategy and made the virus even more lethal.

These streams happened in April–early May 2026, during her pre-debut phase. They’re fairly short-to-medium length VODs (one is ~4+ hours, the return one is shorter) and are still available on her YouTube and Twitch channels.
